4. Programme Terms

4.1 Enrolment

Programme places are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment at our discretion.

4.2 Fees and Payment

  • All fees are stated in Pounds Sterling (GBP)
  • Payment is required before the programme start date
  • We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit/debit cards
  • Prices are subject to change; enrolled participants are protected from mid-term increases

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before programme start: full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before programme start: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before programme start: no refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel programmes with full refunds if minimum numbers are not met

4.4 Missed Sessions

We provide catch-up materials for missed sessions but cannot offer refunds for individual missed classes. If your child misses more than two sessions, please contact us to discuss options.

4.5 Behaviour

We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards staff and other children. We reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

5. Safeguarding

The safety of children in our care is paramount. All Sandy Way staff undergo enhanced DBS checks. We have comprehensive safeguarding policies in place, available upon request.

6. Health and Safety

Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs that may affect their child's participation. We take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe learning environment.

7. Photography and Media

We may occasionally take photographs during sessions for promotional purposes. We will always seek consent before using images of identifiable children. You can withdraw consent at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We provide this website and our services "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sandy Way harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our website or services.
