We provide catch-up materials for missed sessions but cannot offer refunds for individual missed classes. If your child misses more than two sessions, please contact us to discuss options.
We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards staff and other children. We reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
The safety of children in our care is paramount. All Sandy Way staff undergo enhanced DBS checks. We have comprehensive safeguarding policies in place, available upon request.
Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs that may affect their child's participation. We take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe learning environment.
We may occasionally take photographs during sessions for promotional purposes. We will always seek consent before using images of identifiable children. You can withdraw consent at any time.
